Deep Sleep Blueprint

We'll give you a summary of what you get from the Deep Sleep Blueprint.

We'll ask you to book your first call.

When booking that call we'll get your consent to send you daily reminders via SMS to complete a sleep diary.

Once you're booked, we'll send you a link where you can complete your first sleep diary.

You can contact us if you can't find a suitable appointment.

Once your first call is scheduled we'll send confirmation of the date and time and you'll also get reminders 3 and 2 days prior to the appointment.

You can choose for this call to be by phone or via Zoom.

Your first call should ideally coincide with when you'll have completed a week's worth of Sleep Diary entries.

On your first call we'll get to know each other and start talking about your sleep diary and results from the first week.

We'll discuss and assess some sleep habits where we'll ask you questions about things that you're doing that could be impacting your sleep.

We'll discuss your progress and set some goals for the following call which we'll book at the end.

During subsequent calls we'll continue to analyse your sleep diaries, assess your habits, check progress and set goals.

You will have 4 further calls after the first and we'll complete a assessment of your overall progress in the 5th and final call.

We can consider options for further support at that point.

We'll also keep you accountable, you have an option to pause at any point and you can also refer a friend.

Note pausing will not result in a refund, full or partial.
