Sleep Diary Analysis - My Sleep Diary Form allows me to get an overview of your daily sleep habits, but we can drill further into the detail.

Sleep Habits Assessment - On each call we'll discuss your personal sleep habits that could be holding you back.

Progress Discussion - On subsequent calls we'll discuss and celebrate your progress, emphasising the things that you should keep doing.

Goal Setting - We'll set goals for subsequent calls that you can work towards in order to maintain progress.

Wake Up Accountability - I'll keep you accountable to ensure you can maintain a consistent sleep routine.

Option To Pause - You can take a break at any point. I know life can present obstacles and sometimes its best to pause and come back when you're ready to get the best results.

Friend/Family Referral - I'm happy to give you a small bonus for sending your friends and family to me.

Further Support - We'll discuss at the end of the programme how I can continue to provide additional help.

What happens after I pay?

Upon purchase, I'll ask you to book your first call with me. Let me know if you can't find a suitable appointment.

Once your approved booking is confirmed, I'll then ask you to complete your first sleep diary.

You can opt in and out of getting daily reminders to do this but I recommend you complete the diaries every day to get the best experience.

I'll send you reminders of your calls before they come up.

Remember you can pause at any point, refer friends/family and at the end we'll assess your results together and outline options for additional support.
