Being an office worker for so long certainly makes me appreciate just how many people struggle to stay awake during office hours if they've had a bad night's sleep, not once, but multiple times. I believe to be healthy, you need lifespan (years) and health span (quality) and sleep is such an under-rated medicine for that.

I created this business for people like you who have historically struggled to get quality sleep consistently and who want a permanent solution. Whilst I am not a doctor, medical professional or officially qualified sleep consultant, I have studied 'the science' at length over some years from who I consider experts in their field. This is through a journey of personal discovery after struggling with diet and not being able to get the best gym results. I learnt quickly that without adequate rest and recovery, it is immensely difficult to have a quality of life that you strive for and makes dieting and exercising so much harder.
