Being an office worker for so long certainly makes me appreciate just how many people struggle to stay awake during office hours if they've had a bad night's sleep, not once, but multiple times. I believe to be healthy, you need lifespan (years) and health span (quality) and sleep is such an under-rated medicine for that.
